Online Passport Registration can be done for :
- A fresh passport
- Re-issue of passport - if your passport validity has expired or will
expire in next 12 months
- Duplicate passport - if your passport is lost or damanged
You can register online and enter details in the online passport application
form with your regional passport office:
- to register online, fill out the details in the online passport application
form
- note down the Application number
- print the application form
- re-prints can also be taken later by entering application form and
date of birth
- details that could not be entered online need to be filled out by
hand
- for submission of passport application form, appointment date and
time at passport office is displayed by the online passport registration
systems as well as printed on the application form
- visit to the regional passport office on the appointment date and
time to submit the completed passport application form along with the
required fee and supporting documents
